I’ve called Wasaga Beach home for over 24 years, raising my family here with my high school sweetheart and staying closely connected to the community. From sponsoring youth hockey, basketball, volleyball, baseball and soccer teams to supporting local food banks and breakfast programs, giving back is part of who I am , both as a neighbour and as a REALTOR®.

Stephanie is a licensed real estate professional — licensed for several years — and has worked alongside Kristina throughout that time, bringing consistency and depth to every client relationship.

Warm, organized, and fiercely client-focused, Stephanie treats every buyer and seller like a priority and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. Whether it’s coordinating showings, preparing listing paperwork, keeping our CRM up to date, liaising with vendors, or managing deadline-driven transaction tasks, Stephanie handles the operational side so Kristina can focus on strategy and negotiations. She’s always ready to step in and support clients directly whenever Kristina is occupied , same high standard, same attention to detail, doubled.

LINDSAY- Listing assistant, Deals

Lindsay is our Deals Coordinator and Listing Admin - the person who quietly keeps everything moving so every sale runs smoothly. Ever since she was little she loved looking at homes, and that childhood curiosity turned into a real passion for real estate when she joined the industry in 2016. Working behind the scenes, Lindsay fully focuses on each listing from start to finish: coordinating paperwork, managing timelines, communicating with clients and vendors, and making sure no detail is overlooked.

Buying or selling a home has a lot of moving parts, and Lindsay’s calm, organized approach simplifies the process so clients can stay focused on what’s important. She’s the heartbeat of our business - warm, professional, and genuinely loved by everyone she helps. Grateful to be part of a supportive, dedicated team, Lindsay’s greatest joy off the clock is being a loving wife and nurturing mother to her son.

With years of dedicated experience in the real estate industry, Michelle has had the privilege of helping numerous individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams. One distinctive aspect of her real estate practice is her fluency in both English and French.

As a long time resident of Simcoe County Bailey has a unique understanding of the area. She bought her first home at the age of 19 which helped ignite her passion for Real Estate. She remembers the challenges she faced when buying and selling and wants to help make sure her clients do not face the same frustrations that so many experience. Her commitment to hard work and trust-building has resulted in outstanding outcomes and lasting relationships with clients. Bailey’s extensive presence on social media allows her to showcase listings and provide valuable real estate insights, reaching a broad audience and facilitating connections between buyers and sellers.
